Dear Dropshipping Partners:

Please be advised that ARUS Marketing, Inc., will be implementing the following dropshipping policies effective as of Monday - January 3, 2011.

1) Same day shipping will only be applied to online orders. Orders through email, phone and fax will be processed manually and this will delay ship out time.

2) Our price lists will be updated and all drop ship partners will be informed of the new prices by January 31, 2011. These prices will be effective March 1, 2011.

3) ARUS Marketing, Inc. will only process items currently in stock and out of stock items will not be processed as backorders. It is Dropship partners' responsibility to check the availability of items in stock.

4) The dropshipping agreement will be terminated if the dropship partner does not place an order over three consecutive months.

5) Special promotions between our dropship partners and their customers are not binding for ARUS Marketing, Inc.
